About the Role

Bounteous x Accolite is a digital transformation consultancy that specializes in designing and delivering dynamic digital experiences. The company is seeking an experienced AI_Automation QA to support the testing of AI/ML or data-centric products. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital environment and are passionate about quality assurance, AI ethics, and robust validation processes for intelligent systems.

As an AI_Automation QA, you will play a critical role in validating AI models, testing user interfaces, auditing fairness, and applying responsible AI practices. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that helps shape the future of AI-driven applications, ensuring their reliability, fairness, and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or data-centric product testing
• Hands-on experience in:
• Model validation
• Data testing
• Prompt testing
• Output evaluation
• UI testing of AI-driven applications
• Exposure to:
• Bias and fairness testing
• Explainability validation
• Responsible AI testing practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements:

• 4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or data-centric environments

• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data validation tools

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience using data validation tools
